These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the capryvo.com website (hereinafter, the «Platform»), owned by Capryvo Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.R.L. By using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Company identification
Capryvo Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.R.L., RNC 1-32-45678-9, a company incorporated and registered at the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production under commercial number 132345, with registered offices at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Torre Citi, 12th Floor, Piantini, Santo Domingo de Guzmán, National District, Dominican Republic. Year of incorporation: 2023.
2. Purpose
The Platform provides information about real estate crowdlending in the Dominican Republic in order to offer educational content and to enable subscription to waiting lists for future projects. As of this version, the Platform does not execute transactions nor receive investor funds.
3. Regulatory framework
Capryvo operates in accordance with Dominican legislation, including Law No. 172-13 on Data Protection, Law No. 249-17 on the Securities Market and the supplementary rules issued by the Securities Market Superintendency (SIMV). The eventual launch of investment instruments will be subject to the corresponding authorisations and registrations.
4. Registration and subscription
The subscription form is intended for people over 18 years of age who reside in or have economic activity in the Dominican Republic. By subscribing you warrant that the information provided is true, accurate and up to date.
5. Permitted use
You undertake to use the Platform in accordance with the law, morals and public order. You may not (i) interfere with the operation of the site, (ii) copy content for commercial purposes without authorisation, or (iii) use false information in the forms.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, images, trademarks, logos, designs and other elements of the Platform belong to Capryvo or its legitimate owners. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, without express written consent is forbidden.
7. Limitation of liability
The information published is general and informational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice. Capryvo shall not be liable for any decisions taken on the basis of the content shared on the Platform.
8. Communications
By subscribing you authorise Capryvo to send you communications about projects, updates and educational content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the cancellation link included in every message.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the National District of Santo Domingo, waiving any other jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
Capryvo may update these Terms to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date.
